today is no-work day!

Today is the 4oth year since Singapore turned independent! how far she has gone. happy birthday to Singapore! my lovely homeland. today coincidentally is also my DAD's birthday? cool? so the whole nation celebrates with him.. he must be feeling very important today... Har HAR har..
another good thing to celebrate is that i have NO WORK today! it's an AWESOME PUBLIC HOLIDAY!!! hahaa.. i was actually suppose to go down for some static duty stuff for the parade.. thank god, i was removed from THE LIST... hahaha! whoopee!!! so it has been a remarkable day with me waking up at 9 plus and lazing around the house and eating WALL'S CHOCOLATE HEAVEN, which by the way was orgasmic, and just surfing the net! i wasnt feeling very good yesterday so this pleasant holiday was just the break i needed.
now to bring u guys up to date on my work well, as u all read before, my boss was on a holiday since my first day so i had a sort-of-honeymoon-period la.. and i met her yesterday for the first time... she SEEMS ok... telling us how she saw the floods in mumbai wash away cows and stuff... she SEEMS friendly.. so the first impression of her was quite a good one.. well.. i'll see how it goes.. i'm sure to bitch about her sonner or later... haha.. at work i'm getting use to all the acronyms and familiarising myself to all the traffic issues.. should not be too much of a problem... i hope.. pray for me that i dont screw up too much when my senior leaves me all alone to do all the stuff.. i cant wait to ORD. AS OF TODAY I HAVE 347 DAYS TO MY OFFICIAL RELEASE FROM MY NATIONAL SERVICE. i cant wait.. thats excluding all the offs and leaves.. hope i can accumulate lots of it and ORD maybe early jun... WAHHAHAHAA..
anyways, did u guys catch Gilmore Girls on sunday? i caught it..obviously... ahahah... i dunno why it's not as popular like Lost or Apprentice.. it's a great show.. i'm sure it'll win some awards sooner or later.... well catch it this season cos there's more stuff that and it's even more interesting! with rory's fling, lorelai's new boyfriend, dean's divorce and i dunno what la.. hahah.. SO CATCH IT! DUH!


oh ya.. i was introduced to this game by small kid once again.. haha.. small kid's got fantastic resources la.. he can name every single toys'r'us in the world.. so anyway he intro-ed the game to me.. it's fun! the point is not to let the man catch the mouse.. (yup, i mean ur mouse) it's a jap game.. quite fun la.. these japanese ah.. ever innovating.. with their huge market in electronics and stuff.. not to mention their porn industry.. hahahha.. not THAT I ACTUALLY SEEN ANY FROM THERE LA. anyway i digress. so catch the show and play the game(it's in one of my links)! i want to hao lian that i know how to use the template link thingy la! ahhaha.
