Recent Moments

WHAT'S GOING ON!?!?!
I'm turning even more of a glutton nowadays. All Work No PLay MAkes Junwei a Dull Boy. All I do is laze around after my terrible mentally draining work. Experience with office work is not really enjoyable. thankgod for a hilarious colleague to weather the storm with me. This "Office TSUNAMI" is deadly and merciless. Leaving a trail of massive destruction in it's path and the NS BOYS are left picking up and salvaging the remains. HOW unFUN.

My colleague, probably after weathering the storm much longer than me, fell ill and i was left all alone to fend for my sad sorry self. OH and my colleague's on TWO DAY MC!!! How cool is THAT! He was made to come back on sunday for work, worse conditions than ZImbabwean Child labour, I escaped somehow. Anyways the YIN YANG Law of Balance swooped in today and returned his overworked sunday with a two day break. We can always count on the YIN YANG Laws to restore the much deserved balance.
So let's hope tomorrow is a peaceful day for me. One man holding the fort against the vicious Hurricane Tsunami. you would probably think i get alot of exercise from the diasters i manage work. nay though.

I went for a swim and a "workout" last sunday morning. It was terrible. I finally got down to giving myself a strenuous swim session. I did a few sprinting sets and was left panting even after i left the pool. I was exhausted then but i thought i could gym a little. did a few reps of those leg weights thingy and i was absolutely wasted. I felt giddy and light-headed(this was probably from the haircut i had like an hour ago) and like super-faint. This was like the first time i felt like that. I quickly sat my fat ass down on a sofa outside the gym and closed my eyes. HOW TRAUMATIC... but after 15 mins i felt good-as-new and i continued my gym-ing session. I did skip the running on a treadmill though. I didnt really want to experience a second bout of giddiness or anything. HAR HAR.
That sunday morning Session taught me that i should not really push myself so hard after i went cold turkey on exercise for so long and that insufficient sleep eventually leads to fainted-me! WOw rocket science in action here! Anyway i realised that i've become much more unfit when i was like a year back. How sad. So (Mental NOTE JUNWEI!) i've gotta work out more but just more progressively. Grrrr!!!

OH! my driving lesson is this sunday so probably cant do one of my sunday morning healthly lifestyle sessions. Awwwwww... but i do look forward to going at 200km/h and doing micheal schumacher driftings and drags!
Anyway it's time for bed! it's LATE! BEDTIME!!! 11.30PM! alright. my girlfriend keeps teasing me about my sleeping patterns. well. i'm more of a morning person but she's nocturnal. so there u go. HAHA. totally opposite sleeping patterns. OKAYS, it's getting late. Wish me luck in my one-man show tomorrow at work! At least i know Gelare's having waffles at half price. What a motivation.
