Ice-cream Sunday

I watched Memoirs of the Geisha finally! On a Saturday night! Woo! Hatsumomo is one feisty BITCH! I did not read the book though, so I cannot comment on it's accuracy, though many of the newspaper movie critics' reports otherwise. By the time the show finished it was 3am!!! So late! The show did not really live up to all the hype that I feel. Kinda boring in certain parts too. Oh well. Cos of my late night movie I did not wake till the sun had journeyed high up into the sky, 12pm. One morning wasted. ZzZzZzzZZzZzzZZzZZzZZZZZZZzzz...

I did go for a swim and gym just now. My swimming stamina has been on a downward spiral. Haha. I tried to do 2 sets of 6 x 100m on 1m30sec but had to extend till 1m45sec. Oh dear.. To think I had been swimming in a womb even before I was born but now not really much of a swimmer now.. Boo hoo hoo.

Anyways, I spent my Saturday with sr. We went shopping at Bugis! Haha. I realised Bugis has lots of cheap clothes. It wasnt a fantastic shopping trip exactly. I din't buy anything other than a Chestnut drink. Hah. Sr concluded I'm not exactly a fantastic shopping partner too. Haha. I concur. Oh well..

I had the Chocolate Fudge Brownie Flavour, sr and myself bought it from the Patrol Kiosk. You might feel $9.50 is still a little pricey but seriously, for a big tub of orgasmic pleasure for 2... It's definitely worth it! Yum Yum! Not sure if the offer is available elsewhere but a good bargain!

I ate Cranberry Almond Crunch! After my swim and gym session I took a detour to buy some groceries and I bought both Cranberry Almond Crunch and Walnut Pecan Crunch. Both boxes at $4.95!! Another good buy almost $2.00 less than normal price! When eaten with cold milk! YUM YUM! Absolutely lip-smacking tasty!

Imagine yourself on a sunday morning, just got out of bed, feeling so tired, lethargic and hungry. All you gotta do pour the cereal into the bowl and add some cold LOW-FAT milk and.. VIOLA! An instant almost gourmet breakfast in a bowl! Tastieeeeee!
