Week at a Glance

The weekend's finally here. Yup. "weekend" started the minute the professor concluded the lecture at 10.30am today. You cannot imagine the bliss of 2 long tutorial-less days. I had a pretty rough week with consecutive late nights so these 2 days are almost nirvana. Yes, this sounds real pathetic and loser-ish but I shall lean towards the side of optimism. These 2 days are a bessing! Haha. "The cup is always half-full for me!" Sometimes I get that about my brain too. Hahahhahahha.. Actually, that's just a lame joke. Just thought it would be funny to say that.

I've retired my arty farty The Beetle's animation. Got an optimistic song in it's place. Hope it perks everyone up. Yay!

We celebrated Zi Hao's 22nd birthday this monday in his super isolated ulu-pandan hostel on our 5 million hectre campus. Haha. A good, funny surprise.

Not many shots were taken as what ensued had significantly limited my opportunities to take any more pictures unless I wanted to get some ass cake throw at me lah. haha. Long story- short, Zi Hao got a slice of the nice $150 coffee cake smashed inside his shorts and what followed were lots of chasing, shouting and childish fun lah. Still, pity not many pictures were taken.

I missed the mid-week match between Singapore and Thailand, where we won 2-1, thank you very much. Read about the "pitch evacuation" by our very sporting opponents, after a referee's decision didn't go their way, on the papers. Haha. Must have been amusing to watch for the spectators. Good luck to our soccer team on their second leg in Thailand. If you lose, I will surely criticise. If you win, I will also criticise. Haha. But winning is always more fun. So..... "GO! FIGHT WIN!" hahaha. (A refreshingly new phrase that all the teams repeatedly cheered during the NTU cheerleading competion, not too long ago.)

Anyway sr's fine in Norway. I'm fine in Singapore too. Could be "finer" if she was here though.
