Day VII of War

Jaydableu camp had only three hours of slumber before waking at the crack of dawn to battle once more. King JW's key informer planted on the enemy's line alerted him of his nemesis' intention to hit the Jaydableu camp hard with the latest technology and no expense was spared as King JW rallied and readied his troops for the fierce battle ahead.
The first shot was fired at 0900 hours and en masse war began shortly. Day VII saw traditional warfare take a back seat as computer tactical warfare clashed on the rank maroon battlefield, stained by the blood of many valient troops.
The troops of Jaydableu had advanced significantly since the war begun, eating much into enemy's territory. However, the stars paint a gloomy picture as the days would come. King JW's astrologers have predicted the battles of this week would pose a much larger test than before.
Today was one of those battles. The computing visionaries of Jaydableu camp were matched evenly as they exchanged robotic blows. In the end, Jaydableu Camp lack of experience showed, as the savage and barbarous enemy managed to surprise them on numerous occasions. By the end of the day, the Jaydableu soldiers lost some ground as the enemy forced them into retrograde.
King JW knew he was very lucky to hang onto the favourable position in this war. Today's performance was only a B- grade at best and in the heart of King JW, he knew, realistically, it was closer to a C grade operation.

Had an epiphany at 11:03 pm.
