Sunday Times (Second Try)

Alright. I will now try to recount what I wrote in the previous post but was lost. Not verbatim of course. A very summarised version.

In a nutshell, this doctor wrote into the forum pages talking about employment discrimination. Where potential employers request for irrelevant info. For example, asking potential employees for their photos, to see if he or she is a yandao/chiobu or like asking the potential employee's cup size etc etc la.
Afterwhich the noble doctor(probably a she) decided to champion against sexual discrimination in the workplace as she added that the government should lead by example and change its Manpower department to be named Human Resource department instead.
Due to the negative connotations that came with the word "MANpower".
SERIOUSLY... Thinking from that same naive perspective, isn't human resource equally inappropriate then?
Since it is after all "hu-MAN resource" and not "hu-WOMAN resource" right?
